Global Green Council
The council is dedicated to shaping policies that reduce our environmental impact as a company and increase sustainability. Members drive meaningful dialogue and promote awareness, helping to foster a shared sense of responsibility across the organization.

Employee Advisory Board
Launched in 2012, the Employee Advisory Board brings together employees from around the world, selected through a rigorous process to represent workforce perspectives and act as a catalyst for positive change.
The board is dedicated to strengthening a culture of continuous improvement and deepening employee engagement across the organization. Through collaborative problem-solving and strategic thinking, its mission is to empower employees, foster innovation, and enhance overall organizational performance, with a strong emphasis on well-being and building a connected community.

We maintain a well-defined Board structure, embracing diverse perspectives at the leadership level, supporting a dedicated compliance function, and ensuring a robust approach to data privacy.
Governance Board
We uphold rigorous standards for both our Executive Leadership Team and Our Directors. Aishine operates with a one-tier board structure, comprising one Executive Director and five Non-Executive Directors elected by shareholders based on binding nominations from the Board. We are dedicated to maintaining an independent and diverse Board, bringing together a wide range of expertise and perspectives from across industries and global markets.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee plays a critical role in reinforcing our governance framework, supporting oversight and accountability across the organization. It works closely with leadership to ensure transparency, integrity, and the effective management of financial and operational risks.
Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee is responsible for developing and overseeing the company's compensation framework. This includes preparing remuneration policies for the Board, proposing Director compensation, and producing the annual remuneration report detailing how these policies are implemented.
Customer Data Responsibility
Our customers are at the core of everything we do, making the protection of their data a top priority. Serving amounts of customers across the world—including leaders in government, technology, healthcare, consumer goods, and finance—we recognize our responsibility to safeguard the information to be our duty. Beyond complying with global security, privacy, and data protection regulations, Aishine implements a comprehensive, multi-layered approach to data security. We implements employee training, strict access controls, rigorous code testing before and after deployment, encryption, centralized and secure access logging, intrusion detection systems, as well as ongoing penetration and vulnerability testing—ensuring robust protection at every level.
